NeckCare ("the App", "we", "our") respects your privacy.
1. Data We Process
The App may process the following types of data:
- Training records, check-in history, and exercise completion data
- Training settings such as repetitions, sensitivity level, training mode, and training scope
- Motion and fitness permission status, when required for supported AirPods motion-assisted guidance
- Notification permission status, when required for training reminders
2. How We Use Data
We use this data only to:
- Provide guided neck training and exercise assistance
- Help recognize supported head movements when using supported AirPods
- Save training history and daily check-in progress
- Show recovery summaries, training trends, and reminders
- Sync training data across the user's own devices when the user has Pro access and enables iCloud sync
3. Local Storage and iCloud Sync
Training records and settings are primarily stored on the user's device. If the user has Pro access and enables iCloud sync, some training data may also be stored in the user's own iCloud / CloudKit private database for synchronization across the user's devices.
4. No Advertising Tracking
The App does not use personal data for advertising, does not perform cross-app tracking, and does not sell personal data.
5. Permissions
The App may request the following permissions:
- Motion & Fitness: used for AirPods motion-assisted exercise recognition
- Notifications: used for scheduled training reminders
These permissions can be turned off at any time in the system settings.
6. In-App Purchases
The App offers optional subscriptions and a lifetime unlock through Apple's in-app purchase system. Payment processing is handled by Apple. We do not receive or store the user's full payment information.

The App is a training aid and guidance tool only. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice.
